If you wish to replace item, please write to us at the following email address email@example.com with order ID and all details related to order. Note in email which size you would like instead the one you have bought.
Ordered item can’t be replaced if it was worn, damaged or doesn’t have hanging label.
In case of item replacement we will bear the transport expenses during the first refund. Regarding that, customer bears the transport expense of disputable item to warehouse, while transport of replaced item from warehouse to customer address we bear. For every next replacement, customer bears the whole expanse.
